In my opinion it is must have item on your RTT, you never know what else you want to carry with you. I have mounted my Maxtrax and other accessory boxes on top of this. Just make sure, not to put more than 150 lb of weight. I am happy that it does the job.

I wanted a rack for my car to make space for storage while traveling, but the manufacturer I contacted asked for over 200 dollars so had no option but to look for online racks, fortunately came across this website and this cross bar looked exactly what I needed.
