Qiratt warrants their rooftop tents to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Qiratt will repair or replace, at no cost, any parts found to be defective due to imperfect workmanship or materials, provided that the purchaser of use of negligence does not damage it. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All claims must be submitted via email to customerservice@qiratt.com along with the original receipt, order number, pictures, and videos. Please make sure to provide detailed information in your claim. Please be patient during this process; we take the highest care in resolving our customers’ issues. Warranty claims must be fulfilled through authorized Qiratt staff only. Qiratt, at its discretion, may repair, replace, or refund the product based on the conditions. Within thirty days of receiving the tent, Qiratt will inform you whether the warranty covers your claim. 

There may be other limitations, including the duration of implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, which are limited to one year of the limited warranty. Qiratt is not liable for any & all types of incidental expenses incurred by the consumer, such as loss of time, inconvenience, towing charges, travel expenses, lodging, telephone charges, gas expenses, loss or damage to personal property, or loss of wages. Qiratt shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary from state to state. Certain jurisdictions may not allow the limitation on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not be applicable. 


The warranty does not cover issues arising from user error, negligence, any modification made by the purchaser, or acts of nature. The limited warranty does not cover cosmetic changes such as fabric or shell fading of color. Qiratt staff will try its best to help you find the right solution for you.

Important: It is essential to know that condensation can occur if your tent is closed and unused. Fluctuation in extreme cold or hot weather can cause condensation inside your tent. Open your tent at least twice a month for airflow to keep your tent dry and odor-free as well as mold & mildew.

Qiratt shall not be liable for any natural breakdown of materials that is inevitable, such as extended use, damage from UV, any worn-out parts, or any defects resulting from accidents, abuse of use, alteration, animal attacks, natural catastrophe, misuse of product, or improper care. The limited warranty is the only express warranty provided, and Qiratt shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

HERE HOW WE HELP: If a product malfunctions due to manufacturing or material defects after receiving the product, Qiratt will, at its discretion, repair or replace it without any additional charge.

WARRANTY SERVICE: To obtain a warranty, please return the product with a prepaid freight voucher to the address provided. 

IMPORTANT: Only Qiratt-authorized staff shall issue a warranty claim and prepaid freight voucher; any returned product without approval or freight voucher shall not be accepted.
