We use freight service providers to ship rooftop tents and awnings, and shipping charges shall be calculated on checkout based on the zip code. We also use UPS or USPS in the US 48 states for Home Delivery of all products except rooftop tents. If you reside in the following States: Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, due to additional transportation costs, rooftop tents, and awnings, shipping fees will cost these states $500-$800.

To cancel your rooftop tent or 270-degree awning order before we have shipped, please visit our Contact Us page to proceed with this process. Please note that a refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

If you need to cancel your rooftop tent or awning order after the freight carrier has picked it up, you will be charged a 15% deduction from your refund to cover shipping charges. Once delivered, you must check for all major defects and report within 24 hours. After that, no refund or exchange.
