Shipping to US Residential
QiRATT uses freight service providers for rooftop tent delivery. The delivery of the heavy items shall be charged a delivery fee based on the zip code, which will be calculated at check out. We also use UPS or USPS for Home Delivery to 48 US state customers for other products. If you are a resident in the following States: Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, due to additional transportation costs, heavy items such as rooftop tents and awning shipping will be charged $500-$800 to these states, and we suggest that you contact our staff before submitting an order. Please provide accurate and complete address information to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Once you place the order, Qiratt staff will keep you informed every step of the way.
Damages.
We ensure all carriers hired by QiRATT handle the goods properly and well. However, damage may occur during transit. Upon delivery, we encourage you to carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage or signs of mishandling. If you notice any major damage to the package, you can refuse the delivery and contact Qiratt staff immediately; please make a note on the delivery receipt or bill of lading specifying the nature of the damage.
If you find any damages after you receive the package and open it, please follow the steps below:
1. Take clear photographs of the damaged areas & video and retain any packaging materials.
2. Report the damages to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at customerservice@QiRATT.com. Submit your claim with 24 hours.
3. Provide all necessary documentation, including photographs / Video and a detailed description of the damage.
Our customer service team will help you through the claims process and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Please report damages within 24 hours of delivery to ensure we can assist you with a claim.
Please be aware that our shipping policy may be subject to change without prior notice. You must review the policy periodically for any updates or modifications.
You may also cancel your order before it is shipped to your address. Please remember there will be a cancelation FEE of 3.2% on all heavy items such as rooftops & awnings.
If you wish to cancel your order after it is shipped, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged to your order, and it will take ten days for the refund to show on your account. All refunds shall be processed once QiRATT staff receive the product and complete its inspection.
Once you accept the rooftop tent and after 24 hours, if you don’t report any damages to QiRATT staff via email, no returns or exchanges will be issued after the rooftop tents have been shipped, delivered, or picked up.
If you require to change your delivery address while the product is out for delivery, you will be responsible for all the delivery charges that occur to change the route.
