RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY

We ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we do our best so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please understand that there will be some applicable charges:

 To cancel your order before we have shipped, please visit our Contact Us page to proceed with this process. Please note that a refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

Rooftop tent and awning delivery require a special freight forwarder, if you need to cancel your rooftop tent or awning order after the freight carrier has picked it up, you will be charged a 15% deduction from your refund to cover shipping charges.

If you require to change your shipping address after you receive a shipment confirmation email, you will be responsible for any re-consignment fees and holding fees that your freight incurs for an address change.

Please understand that No refunds or returns will be accepted after your Rooftop Tent or Awning has been delivered or picked up without any damage after 24 hours of acceptance. We encourage you to check your package thoroughly during delivery and acceptance. If you see significant damage on the box, you can refuse the acceptance of the package, take pictures /video and report immediately via email to QiRATT staff.

Once an accessory order has been shipped, refunds may be given up to 30 days after the shipping date. If 30 days have passed since the shipping date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs if you want a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of shipping to and from our warehouse will be deducted. We recommend using a shipping service where you can track your returns.

To receive a total refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received.

Once we receive and inspect your item, our customer service team will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or refused.

Approved refunds will be processed with credit automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take at least 10 days to appear in your account.
